MENGENAI ACARA MENCARI HARTA KARUN
Acara Mencari Harta Karun ini adalah sebuah acara mencari 'Harta Karun' berkereta yang mana peserta di kehendaki mencari jawapan dan 'Harta Karun' yang diarahkan di dalam kertas soalan. Mereka harus mencari arah tuju berpandukan juga kepada arah 'Tulip' yang akan di berikan kepada mereka pada hari acara tersebut.
Acara ini bukanlah suatu acara perlumbaan. Setiap perserta akan diadili bukannya berdasarkan kepada kecepatan masa tetapi berdasarkan berapa banyak markah yang mereka berjaya perolehi bagi menyelesaikan setiap soalan dan mencari 'Harta Karun' seperti yang di kehendaki didalam kertas soalan. Setiap perserta akan di berikan masa yang mencukupi untuk tujuan acara ini. Sesiapa yang berjaya menjawab paling banyak soalan dan berjaya mencari kesemua 'Harta Karun' yang di kehendaki dengan betul akan dikira sebagai Johan dan seterusnya.
Dalam acara ini pihak penganjur LE SHUTTLE EVENT MANAGEMENT akan cuba menonjolkan dengan lebih setiap objek-objek wisata serta peninggalan sejarah yang ada di negeri Perak ini kepada setiap peserta yang akan mengambil bahagian, sebagai contoh Kellie Castle & Pasir Salak.
TARIKH, TEMPAT & MASA
Acara ini dicadangkan untuk diadakan pada hari Sabtu, 07hb Ogos 1999, iaitu minggu pertama pada bulan tersebut untuk mengambil kesempatan hari cuti kelepasan bagi kakitangan kerajaan dan pihak swasta terutamanya kakitangan bank-bank tempatan.
Tempat permulaan yang di cadangkan adalah samada dari MATIC Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur atau KOMPLEKS SUKAN NEGARA BUKIT JALIL, Kuala Lumpur.
Masa yang dicadang kan untuk berlepas dari Kuala Lumpur adalah dari pukul 0700 pagi dan dianggarkan akan tiba di Kampung Gajah pada pukul 1700 dan seterusnya para peserta akan diarak ke SRI BAYU RIVERINE & VILLAGE RESORT, PASIR SALAK.
JARAK & DESTINASI
Acara ini akan membawa peserta dari KUALA LUMPUR melalui TANJUNG MALIM, BIDUR, TAPAH, BATU GAJAH dan akan berhenti rehat di BANDARAYA IPOH. Seterusnya mereka akan menuju ke KUALA KANGSAR, TAIPING dan terakhir ke KAMPUNG GAJAH sebelum di bawa ke PASIR SALAK. (Aturcara jelajah bandar bandar ini adalah masih cadangan, destinasi yang sebenarnya akan ditentukan kemudian).
Arah tujuan akan dibagi dalam bentuk 'Tulip' pada hari acara tersebut. Jumlah jarak bagi acara ini tidak akan melebihi 400km untuk ke destinasi terakhir. Dengan ini setiap peserta akan dibawa menjelajahi setiap bandar di dalam negeri Perak disamping objek-objek wisata akan ditonjolkan kepada mereka.
PENGINAPAN & SAJIAN MAKANAN
Setiap peserta akan menginap 1 (satu) malam di SRI BAYU RIVERINE & VILLAGE RESORT, PASIR SALAK iaitu Hotel Penginapan Rasmi bagi acara ini. Mereka akan dibahagikan kepada bilik-bilik berkembar, tiga sebilik atau empat sebilik tergantung kepada permintaan dari mereka sendiri.
Setiap peserta juga akan dihidangkan dengan Makan Tengahari Ringan di Bandaraya Ipoh pada tengahari tersebut dan mereka juga akan dihidangkan dengan Makan Malam Kebudayaan yang berkonsepkan Malam Negeri Perak.
Mereka juga akan disaji dan dihiburkan dengan Pertunjukkan Tarian & Acara Kebudayaan Tradisional Negeri Perak. Pada keesokan harinya mereka akan dihidangkan dengan Sarapan Pagi Ala Bufet sebelum dihidangkan dengan acara Pesta Makan Durian didusun-dusun yang akan ditentukan.
Mereka juga akan disaji dan dihiburkan dengan Pertunjukkan Tarian & Acara Kebudayaan Tradisional Negeri Perak. Pada keesokan harinya mereka akan dihidangkan dengan Sarapan Pagi Ala Bufet sebelum dihidangkan dengan acara Pesta Makan Durian didusun-dusun yang akan ditentukan.
Kepada para peserta yang bercadang untuk melanjutkan penginapan mereka, pihak penganjur dan pihak pengurusan Resort akan mengaturkan permintaan mereka tersebut.
PESTA MENIKMATI DURIAN NEGERI PERAK
Seterunya para peserta akan di bawa ke dusun-dusun durian yang akan dikenal pasti untuk menyertai Acara Menikmati Buah Durian Negeri Perak. Mereka akan dibenarkan menikmati sebanyak mana yang mereka mampu. Disamping para peserta juga akan diperkenalkan dengan setiap masakan negeri Perak yang beresipikan durian dan juga cara sampingan menikmati buah durian sebagai contoh, makan durian dengan Pulut atau Santan Kelapa atau Parutan Buah Kelapa dll..
ANGGARAN JUMLAH PESERTA
Pihak penganjur menganggarkan sekitar 100 buah kereta akan mengambil bahagian didalam acara ini yang mana jumlah perserta dianggarkan berjumlah disekitar 250 hingga 300 orang.
Ini tergantung kepada faktor masa / hari acara tersebut dijalankan, pemasaran & promosi, tempoh waktu untuk pemasaran, yuran penyertaan yang berpatutan, aktiviti-aktiviti samping yang bakal dianjurkan dan juga ganjaran hadiah yang ditawarkan.
HADIAH HADIAH
Pihak penganjur akan menyediakan sebanyak 20 hadiah iaitu dari tempat ke 20 sehingga ke tempat Pertama. Hadiah-hadiah yang disediakan berbentuk Baucher Membeli-belah yang akan di tentukan jumlahnya berdasarkan ranking pemenang, Pakej Penginapan bagi setiap hotel yang ada di negeri Perak, Pakej Melancung Dalam Negeri terutama nya di negeri Perak, Barangan Elektrik, Hamper Barangan Makanan dan Cenderahati dari pihak penganjur.
Segala hadiah ini bergantung kepada jumlah sumbangan yang akan dapat dikumpulkan oleh pihak penganjur.
